WE AFFIRM: --that there is one God, infinitely perfect and eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. ---the deity, virgin birth, sinless life, and miracles of our Lord Jesus Christ. We also affirm His effective sacrifice for sins through the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory. ---the present ministry of the Holy Spirit. We believe that His fullness and operation are as available and necessary today as they ever have been. ---the Bible to be the inspired, authoritative, living Word of God, and that it is eternally reliable and a daily necessity for the Christian life. ---that salvation is by grace through faith in the Person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ. ---the importance of baptism and the Lord's Supper as acts of obedience and spiritual testimony. ---the reality and ministry of angels, the reality and opposition of the Devil and demonic forces, and the final victory of God over all of His enemies. ---the one, true universal Church, the body of Christ, made up of all of those received by God and regenerated by His Spirit. We affirm that only Christ is her head and that every member is gifted and necessary for her ministry. ---relationship above doctrine, unity above theological detail, and love above all things
