LifeGroups
The church that we see described in the New Testament is not a business; it is a
family. Since the earliest days of Christian history this has been reflected in
the words believers have used to address each other: "brother" and
sister" – family names. Over and over we are told in the Word
that we are children of God. Jesus chose to address God not by any of His Old
Testament names, but rather as "Father." And He taught us to do the same.
At Christ Fellowship, our family not only meets together in celebration on Sunday morning, but also in smaller home groups throughout the week. It is in these smaller meetings, called LifeGroups, where we are able to get to know each other and to open up to each other about what is really going on in our lives.
